healthy food eating

Hi,I am Celine,


In the morning you can eat food such as bread,milk,milo,fruit and many more.
You have to eat fruit and vegetables in order to be healthy. Some people like to eat unhealthy food such as chicken wings, chocolate and sweets. It is important to eat healthy food to make our bones strong.If we do not eat healthy food, we will fall sick easily. I like to eat healthy food because I want to grow healthy. I support the school campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because they are healthy food. The benefits of eating vegetables and fruits are they contain a lot of fibre, vitamins and minerals. They help our body to work well so that we do not fall sick so easily. I look foward in eating fruits and vegetables.

about my school holidays

Hi friends,

I spent my school holidays at the zoo. My father and I saw many animals, such as polar bears, tapirs, zebras and many other animals. Next, we went to take the tramp ride.we went across the crocodiles enclosure, it was very bumpy. The crocodiles were sleeping. After that, we went to feed the animals , my father took many pictures of me. Then, we went to the reptile house. I saw snakes and komodo dragons, some of the snakes were venomous , some snakes were very small. Later, we went to ben and jerry's to have an ice cream. It was delicious. before we leave the zoo, I will always go to a store to buy items. I had an enjoyable day at the zoo. I liked the zoo very much and I wish I can go to the zoo again.

sports and school sports day

Today is the sports meet and I am very excited because I am going to participate in the

4 x 100m relay.



I arrived at the Yio Chu Kang Stadium around 7.15am. Many of my classmates were already in the Stadium.



The race started around 7.45am. Everybody cheered for their own house. At about

10.30am it was my turn to assemble in the field for the 4x100 relay. I felt nervous.

As the race started, everyone of was in the team tried our best. My team was in the third

position.



All the events were completed and everybody went home.



It was a fun and enjoyable day.
